False. This thing is incredibly bad-ass, and will be more so if the chain steering wheel is replaced with a tractor one. Everything else is correct.

Yep. I did the same research you did. If it sold in the listing in 2009, and this guy bought it last year, it's been passing around like a VD. The part where it needs to be smogged might be a clue as to why.
